UPDATE: Due to the current changes with COVID-19 precautions, a temporary dental visit fee will be charged to offset COVID-19 related expenses. This is a temporary fee and we would be happy to submit it to your insurance company. If it is not paid by the insurance company, however, it will be the patient’s responsibility to complete payment of this fee.

IF YOU NEED A PAYMENT PLAN OR FINANCING: We offer CARE CREDIT and LENDING CLUB options for easy monthly payments.

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, American Express.

IF YOU HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE:  We participate with most insurance companies. The best way to find out your coverage would be to contact our office at 860-691-0025 with your insurance information so our billing staff can verify and find out your coverage options.

IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE: We are ‘Fee for service’ so payment is due upon completion of the service. Our office on your behalf will submit a claim to your insurance company. Dental insurance may pay a portion of the fee  and any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt payment is greatly appreciated.
